First and Foremost
PlaceForVapor.com was conceived and realized by Vapers for Vapers. Like most of us, we bought our gear online and generally found it hard to find a site to offer our loyalty to. There are a lot of places out there to buy vaping supplies online, but some of them aren't exactly confidence inspiring. Too often these sites are homemade, hard to navigate and make it impossible to even find the correct products. We also struggled with inconsistent juice flavors, sketchy checkouts and had it topped off with unacceptably slow delivery.
We KNEW we could do a lot better.

Our mission is to offer a secure, professional and personal experience with quality products at an affordable price. PlaceForVapor.com is designed to be intuitive and to make it easy to find what you're looking for. We have developers and designers permanently on staff to ensure the site is always secure, up to date and easy to navigate. Whenever you access a part of our site that involves your personal information, we employ 256-bit, military grade encryption. Modern browsers will display a lock icon near the address bar, this is your assurance that your information is being transmitted securely.
Products
We do our best to ensure all hardware has been personally tested in-house and functions as it is expected to before it is shipped. The only liquid flavors we offer are developed and bottled here in the US and have been certified to meet strict guidelines for quality control and consistency, using state of the art equipment. If you're looking for a specific item, please let us know. We obviously can't accommodate everybody, but you may not have been the only person to request it.
Support
We appreciate your business and do our best to make sure it shows. PlaceforVapor.com doesn't have a Fortune 500 support staff, but we do our best to make ourselves accessible as possible by phone, email and live chat. We employ a professional ticketing system to ensure your inquiries are received, answered and have the proper follow up. We have families and operate with 'normal' business hours, but there are overachievers among us, so don’t be surprised if you occasionally receive a quick answer to a late night question. We welcome opinions and criticisms. Every e-mail is read and every suggestion is considered.

At the end of the day, we believe that if you are happy with us and your experience, you'll tell your friends about us.
