All orders are sent by USPS, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 1pm EST will nearly always be shipped the same day. Orders recieved after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day. The usual exceptions are weekends and the following national holidays observed by the USPS:

Tracking numbers are provided via confirmation email sent to the account address on file upon order completion by our shipping department.
Free Shipping is available for all orders totaling over $75. The total is determined after discounts or coupons are applied and before taxes are determined. Any orders totaling less the $75 after discounts and coupons are applied and before taxes are determined will be subject to the standard shipping charges.
Military / First Responder Discount
Current and former military personnel as well as our first responders receive a 15% discount applied to your entire order.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to the inability to track, guarantee or validate delivery.
We do our best to ensure that only quality tested products are shipped, however there may be times when our best efforts can't prevent an item from breaking or dying in transit. We will promptly send out a replacement as soon as the defective item has been received. Place For Vapor will allow exchanges or store credit for hardware items (batteries, adapters and chargers) returned in like-new condition within 30 days. We cannot refund postage. All returns will require an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) which can be requested by clicking the link here, or by clicking "Returns" at the bottom of the page under Customer Service.
For health and safety reasons, e-liquids, prefilled cartomizers or any refillable cartomizer or tank cannot be returned.
